We accomplish peptide CMO by Fmoc solid phase peptide synthesis or liquid phase peptide synthesis method depend on the peptide sequence from the customer. Solid phase peptide synthesis benefit from short manufacturing time, complex peptide sequence, longer peptide sequence and cost effective of special modifications at N-Terminal or Internal side chains , what’s more it adapt to small to medium-large scale production. On the other hand liquid phase peptide synthesis may be advantageous as production scale increase, especially for short sequence peptides. So far as to minimize the demands of downstream HPLC purify processing. While to decide which synthesis route will be employed based on the case.  

Our maximum capacity of peptide CMO is 1-2kg purified peptide with several 100L reaction containers and 100-200mm DAC purify Columns , the length of peptide sequence is up to 80 AA.
